If you exceed your limit, the /send command will return an error message. Inbound emails are always unlimited regardless of your plan.
AI features (Pro only)
On the Pro plan, every inbound email and form submission is analyzed by AI to provide:
- Sentiment detection β Is the customer happy, frustrated, or neutral?
- Category classification β Bug report, feature request, question, account issue, billing, or other
- Summary β A brief 1-2 sentence summary of the email content
These are applied as labels to the GitHub Issue or Discussion, making it easy to filter and prioritize.
Tip
AI analysis is powered by Cloudflare Workers AI and runs entirely within Cloudflareβs infrastructure. Your email content is not stored or used for training.
